Brief: For this project, I produced a series of engaging videos to capture the vision and impact of the Barking Riverside GP Pop Up Clinics. These clinics champion a holistic, community-driven approach to health by seamlessly blending traditional clinical care with social prescribing and complimentary wellbeing services from third-sector partners. My goal was to visually translate this emerging Model of Care, demonstrating how the current drop-in sessions serve as a living blueprint for the neighborhood’s future Health and Wellbeing Hub. Through authentic storytelling, the videos highlight the power of these community partnerships and offer residents a tangible, inspiring glimpse into the future of their local healthcare experience.
